The software may also work on any desktop operating system that meets the other system requirements and can install a supported web browser, such as Linux and Chrome OS but it has not been tested and certified for use for all such combinations.
Additional requirements

- JavaScript must be enabled
- Minimum screen resolution: 1024 x 768
Important Points to Note
- Kore advises against using the same Kore account for multiple simultaneous logins. This includes logging into the same account across different tabs or browsers, using the account both in the mobile browser and a web browser, or accessing the account from multiple computers at the same time.
- Kore suggests that PCs should surpass the minimum system requirements when utilizing WebRTC for voice, video, or other resource-heavy third-party software. For instance, third-party applications may demand more resources than Kore. Due to the variation in the type and number of additional applications on each machine, Kore cannot offer specific recommendations. The most effective approach is to experiment with the intended agent setup to confirm that the system has sufficient CPU, memory, and network capacity to run all applications smoothly.
- Kore recommends that every device or computer enabled with Kore includes antimalware protection. Please note that some antivirus programs perform real-time scanning on HTTPS and audio packets, which may degrade WebRTC audio quality.
