Small Talk refers to the casual informal conversations that the SearchAssist app can have with the end-users. This helps improves the user experience, creates a positive human-like impression, and helps build a priceless rapport with the user. This feature enables SearchAssist to cordially respond to greetings, conversation starters, and other informal messages like “Hey”, “How Are You?”, “I am done”, “Thanks”, etc. 

To enable the Small Talk feature in your SearchAssist app, go to the Search Settings under Indices and click Small Talk. Use the toggle button on the page to enable or disable the feature.
