What’s new in SearchAssist v1.5

The v1.5 of SearchAssist introduces several new features to enhance user experience and provide greater flexibility. This update includes support for new connectors and languages and provides a powerful way to manage the prompts for interacting with LLMs. 

New Connectors

SearchAssist now natively supports Oracle Knowledge Management and Dropbox as content sources. The Zendesk connector is enhanced to support the indexing of Knowledge Articles. 

Language support for Generative Answers

Generative Answers now come with enhanced language support. With the inclusion of German and Spanish language support, users can now upload documents and get answers in their native language.

Customized Answer Prompts

Prompts are important in generating the most relevant results when using LLMs. This release gives you full control to define and manage the prompts to generate the answers. You can choose one of the predefined prompts or create your own. This allows you to customize the prompts to suit the content and business requirements.
