What’s new in SearchAssist v1.4

The latest v1.4 of SearchAssist is packed with features that enhance your experience with SearchAssist. In this release, we have added Chunk Browser, externalized answer prompt, and Debug support for extractive answers. 

Key features and enhancements included in this release are summarized below.

Chunk Browser

Get complete visibility into how the content is extracted and chunked from the source documents. Chunk Browser can be used to view, search, and filter (coming soon) the chunks. You can also choose to edit the contents of the extracted chunks. Note that the manual edits will be overwritten if the document is reindexed/re-trained. Learn More.

Answer Prompt Externalization

In this release, users now have the power to customize the prompt used for answer generation. Tailor the prompt to incorporate domain-specific context and rephrase the answer that aligns with the business requirements. Learn More.

Extractive Answers Debug Support

Gain insight into how a snippet is qualified and presented as an extractive answer with the debug tool in SearchAssist, now with additional details for extractive answers. Learn More.
