Introduction to AgentAssist

AgentAssist is your agent’s personal intelligent virtual assistant. Sometimes even your best contact center representatives need assistance. Each time a customer is put on hold while an agent searches for an answer, customer satisfaction decreases, and the risk of churn increases.

AgentAssist is an AI-first intelligent virtual assistant that helps improve agent service quality by providing relevant information, customer insights, suggestions, and fulfillment workflows when needed. AgentAssist allows your agent to focus on providing timely delivery and personalized service, leaving repetitive or time-consuming tasks like transaction execution, information retrieval, and others to automation.

Agents collaborate one-on-one with AgentAssist, asking questions or initiating tasks for AgentAssist to perform in parallel during live conversations with customers. Faster resolution of customer queries significantly reduces the Average Handling Time (AHT).

AgentAssist uses Kore.ai’s proprietary Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) technology to provide suggestions to human agents when conversing with a customer. AgentAssist uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) to understand the intent behind customer utterances and suggests relevant dialog tasks or FAQs in response. AgentAssist helps the agent to use these suggestions to address customer concerns in a prompt and streamlined manner.

The AgentAssist widget resides within the SmartAssist solution for contact centers. 

AgentAssist is utilized as a widget in third-party agent desktop consoles and works best for both voice and chat-based interactions. You can configure the widget in third-party solutions like Salesforce, Twilio, Avaya, and Genesys.

Value additions of AgentAssist:

  1. There is a seamless interaction between the search function, automation, and the active tab the agent is working on, thus minimizing the number of clicks and tab switching. 
  2. AgentAssist suggests automation to keep the number of clicks low and reduces AHT for the agent.
  3. AgentAssist is designed to reduce the number of switches across multiple open tabs. 
  4. The agent does not have to open tabs manually, and pre-fill information, thus reducing the number of clicks. AgentAssist delivers information on the active tab. 
  5. AgentAssist has search functionality that helps the agent to search required information across AgentAssist while switching the agent back to the active tab after providing search results, thus saving time.

    AgentAssist monitors conversations alongside live agents and initiates automation. AgentAssist monitors the conversation, detects intent, advises (auto-suggests) agents, and performs tasks throughout the engagement, auto-collecting responses as the conversation progresses.
  • Provides Real-Time Assistance
    AgentAssist is a personal intelligent virtual assistant for agents that helps them to focus on
    delivering timely, personalized service. AgentAssist automates transaction execution, information retrieval, and repetitive/time-consuming processes.Agents collaborate one-on-one with AgentAssist, asking questions or initiating tasks for AgentAssist to perform in parallel during live conversations with customers.
  • Performs Tasks Based on Intent Detected or Agent Request
    AgentAssist automates tasks and fulfillment during the conversation.
