Welcome Events | AgentAssist now has dedicated Welcome Events configured to suit agent needs. Managers can now configure Welcome Events for agents. Welcome Events can be selected for both Chat and Voice Interactions. Learn more. |
Conversation Logs | Conversation Logs is now available on AgentAssist. Conversation Logs store details related to the conversations. You can view the flow of the conversation between a customer and an agent, conversation ID, time, channel, duration, and filter conversations by date & time. Learn more. |

Add Multiple Bots | Users can now create multiple bots for different business purposes. For example, in a company that operates with teams such as Finance, HR, Sales, etc., you can create bots specifically for each team and manage them. Learn more. |
